Taurus is something a little different for Constellation. In building their power amplifiers, they tend to focus purely on performance. But after their team created the relatively compact Inspiration Stereo 1.0, they realized they could use some of the same construction techniques to create an exceptuinally powerful amplifier in a chassis considerably smaller than that of their Performance Series Centaur III amplifier. And now there is Taurus, an amplifier that stands only 8.5 inches high but delivers 250 watts pre channel into 8 ohms, and comfortably doubles that number into 4 ohms.
