New Alba Lumi is a modernized and tweaked version of early years 2000 version of Alba. Alba Lumi uses the same Seas 25 mm textile dome Excel tweeter that is used in Snow series models and which combines them together. Alba Lumi uses customized 220 mm Seas Excel Curv, woven propylene woofer. This speaker is specially designed to be used with tube amplifiers due to its smooth and easy impedance phase shift curve combined with high sensitivity 90 dB/1 W. The cabinet design of the speaker itself has a couple of advantages over traditional design. The only opposite walls are side walls so there are radically less standing waves and flutter interfering pure sound. This structure is also more rigid, leading to more clarity overall.
